Meeting Soundboard is in release preparation and is not currently offered here as an App Store download. This page describes the current candidate.

Play, restart, and stop

Tap a labeled pad to play its sound. Tap it again to restart. STOP silences every effect. ROUND OVER stops other sounds before playing the ending cue.

Set the room volume

Use the board’s slider for app volume and your iPhone’s controls for device volume. Settings lets you enable haptics, keep the board awake, or turn Cut Previous Sound off to layer reactions. The mixer balances layered sounds to prevent digital clipping.

Silent Mode and leaving the app

Sound is intended to play in Silent Mode so you can trigger a cue. Check the volume before a session. Leaving the app stops playback and restores normal screen locking.

Headphones, Bluetooth, and meeting apps

The app uses the output selected by iOS. Bluetooth can add delay. Removing headphones stops the current effect; choose the new route and tap again deliberately. The app does not automatically inject sound into a conferencing app.

Report a problem

Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, audio output, and steps to reproduce. Do not send private meeting recordings or customer information.
