Sales Rep Keyboard is in release preparation and is not currently offered here as an App Store download. This page describes the current candidate.
Typing is not collected
Sales Rep Keyboard works offline. Ordinary typing is not collected, logged, saved, or transmitted by the app or extension. There are no accounts, analytics, or advertising services. Version 1.1 adds one optional saved Reply, described below; version 1.0 does not include saved replies.
Temporary text context
The keyboard briefly reads nearby text supplied by iOS to place spaces and choose letter case. That context is used in memory for the current operation and is not saved. The practice screen keeps text in memory and clears it when the app enters the background.
Optional saved Reply in version 1.1
Starting with version 1.1, you can select a sentence, hold Reply, and tap Save. Only that explicitly chosen sentence, up to 500 characters, is stored in the keyboard’s private local preferences. Unselected surrounding text is not copied. Tap Reply to insert the exact sentence into your draft; it does not send the message. Hold Reply and Clear to remove it, or select another sentence and Save to replace it. The containing app cannot read or edit this preference. We do not receive it or transmit it to a server. It remains until you clear or replace it or delete the app. Device backups follow your iPhone’s settings; the app provides no separate cloud synchronization.
Permissions
The keyboard does not request Full Access. It does not access contacts, the microphone, location, or the clipboard. There is no shared container or settings synchronization.
Other apps and Apple Dictation
The app where you type controls its own messages, documents, and storage. Apple handles system Dictation under its own settings and privacy information. Sales Rep Keyboard does not receive or store audio.

If you contact support, send a fictional example without customer or payment details. Your message and contact information are used to respond. Website hosting is described separately in the website privacy notice.
