Open iPhone Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard, then choose Sales Rep Keyboard. Open the Practice tab or a supported app, tap a text field, hold the globe, and select Sales Rep Keyboard. Full Access is not requested or required. Older development builds may appear as Food Sales Keyboard.

Type 2 and tap case; type 12 and tap EA; type 10 and tap #. The word shortcuts manage spacing. The # shortcut inserts one character. Use 123 for prices and punctuation. Do not use private customer orders for a support example.

After installing version 1.1, tap Layout beside 123 to switch from the default number-row keyboard to taller letters without the number row. Its bottom row contains thumbs-up, case, #, EA, and Reply. Use 123 for numbers, or Layout to return to the original. To save a sentence, type or dictate it, stop Dictation, select the sentence, hold Reply, review it, and tap Save. Saving leaves the draft unchanged. Tap Reply to insert; hold Reply and Clear to remove it. Full Access is not needed.

Secure fields, some phone-number fields, and apps that block third-party keyboards use Apple’s keyboard. Check that the extension is enabled and use the globe in a normal text field.

Use Apple Dictation where available, or switch to an Apple keyboard. Availability depends on the iPhone, language, settings, and host app. Sales Rep Keyboard does not record audio or promise offline Dictation. It does not provide swipe typing, spelling correction, or predictions.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the app where you were typing, and a fictional example. Practice text clears when the containing app enters the background.
